Services begin 6–8 weeks before the wedding date
Review and discuss all vendors serving on the wedding day
Meet with the bride one month before the ceremony for a venue walkthrough
Contact vendors to confirm arrival times
Hold a timeline creation meeting
Distribute the finalized timeline to all vendors
Run the rehearsal
Arrive the morning of the wedding at a time determined by the coordinator and the bride
Ensure all setups are complete and all details are in place
Direct the ceremony and reception according to the coordinator-developed timeline
Assist vendors as they arrive and answer any questions
Depart after the send-off

Decor Setup – $650 - Our coordinator and team will handle the full setup of any décor items provided by the couple.

Coordinating Breakdown – $250 - Our coordinator will assist in directing the cleanup of all décor items provided by the couple.
